SAFE IN FOSTER: Spar is safe in foster with Emerald Street Kennels located @ xxxx W. Emerald St in Boise. He has been at the shelter a long time and was very happy to get to the doggie daycare facility. Thanks to BBBR Volunteer Transporter Joan for transporting him from the Canyon County Animal Shelter in Caldwell to Boise. Spar was a happy guy when he arrived at the shelter, you can see it in the picture....now he is withdrawn and depressed because he has been there too long and shelter life has taken its toll on him. Spar is such an affectionate boy and he even knows sit. Everything about him says happy. He is dog friendly and seems to love everyone he meets. Spar is even a great size - not too big, not too small. Come see for yourself. He is a 6 year old Australian Cattle dog/mix. He gets along great with other dogs and weighs about 45lbs.
