American Staffordshire Terrier - Maverick - Bbdr - Large - Young
Maverick enjoyed his transport to Olympia, Wa with Jeff the owner of Frenchies Grooming, Boarding and Supplies. He is safe in his new foster home with new BBBR Foster Parents Chris and Courtny. They report: "We are just getting home. When we saw him and he was let out of his kennel, he ran right up and rolled over on his back and wanted his belly rubbed. The car ride was great and he is just really curious. We love him and we are really excited!"
Maverick had a long stay at the Emmett Shelter, then Rhi and Jeff the owners of Frenchies accepted him when he ran out of time and Emerald Street Kennels fostered him. It has been a long haul for this boy and he is still patiently waiting for an adoptive home. A big thanks to BBBR Volunteer Ashley for recruiting this foster home, to BBBR, BBDR and CCAS Volunteer Joan for transporting him from Emerald Street Kennels to stay a night @ Frenchies because the transport was leaving at 5am.
