They say good things come in small packages and if this girl is any example we?d say that is true. Reign is a petite medium length hair cat who weighs all of 5 pounds! She is a fine boned 2 year old who does need to put on a little bit of weight; but should never weigh more than 6 pounds. Reign has a silky, glossy, smooth coat and is stunning with deep rich golden eyes.
Regin is shy around new people but give her some time and sit quietly and Reign will come over and beg to be pet. Once she is comfortable in her surroundings and has made her home her own little kingdom she is super sweet, very gentle and loves to sit by you or on your lap either to get loves or just to be by you. She loves to be stroked and have her face scratched (GENTLY she is very tiny); she is so sweet and soft she is just a joy to spend time with.
As with any royal ruler Reign is the queen bee in her foster home and she makes sure everyone in ear shot knows it. Reign does like to talk to you and tell you when she is hungry or wanting attention or if the other cats in her foster home are getting on her nerves. She?s pretty good at exerting her power over the other cats just with the tone of her voice ? no biting or fighting; but she will swat and yowl if pushed to far by other pets. She avoids the senior female cat in the home; and yowls at the young male in the house who follows her every move. She would do fine with another cat or 2 who won?t be to in her face or question her ruling status. She is afraid of dogs (she was chased and tortured by a small dog in her past home); but we would guess that as long as a dog ignored her and gave her space she would be fine.
Reign is a hard one to get to eat so she really needs to go to a home where she can be free fed rather than fed on a schedule. Her tummy is so small she can't eat much at a time so free feeding is much easier.
Reign has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and recently had a dental when she had to have a tooth extracted.
