Beautiful German Shepherd puppy to good home in Boise, Idaho For Sale

So bad news first, and then the good news.
This 10 week old pup was just rescued from a rather crappy situation. The guy we got her from fancied himself a breeder, and told us the puppy had been trained to use puppy pads. WE think he kept her locked up in a kennel all day, because she's not at all housebroken and is perfectly fine lying in her own urine. That is not something puppies generally do, it is acquired behavior. There is no difference to her between the pads, or carpets, or hardwood floors. A doggy door leading to a dog run would be the absolute best solution to for her, and it would probably be best to push her crate up to the doggy door for awhile until she gets used to going outside to relieve herself.
I would definitely recommend keeping her as an outside dog until she has been housebroken. Unfortunately that is not an option for us, as we live in an apartment at the moment. We've tried all manner of housebreaking techniques, but it's difficult for her to learn, and it's caused us a great amount of stress. She definitely needs a home where she can get the attention she needs and deserves. We were told that she had gotten her shots at D&B Supply on February 1st, but he had already lied to us before, so we don't trust that.
That aside, she has the sweetest temperament ever, and handles herself well around our 1 year old son and 2 year old husky. She is absolutely adorable, and is very playful. When we first picked her up, she was extremely timid and shy, and we assumed it was because she was scared of new places. It became clear to us that she had been mistreated, because her ears would not go up at first, and she was startled at quick movements. After two weeks now, both of her ears are up and she enjoys romping around our living room with our other dog.
